Our offer • A dynamic working environment within a team of experienced and recognized professionals • An environment that allows for the development of innovative projects in the field of inpatient, semi-inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation • The possibility to conduct clinical research in collaboration with various university hospitals or other reference centers • Attractive framework and working conditions governed by the CCT of the senior physicians of the Réseau hospitalier neuchâtelois • Multisite workplace • A position between 80 and 100% with the possibility of job sharing • Start of function from 1 December 2026 or by agreement Your missions • Management and development activity of the geriatric rehabilitation and internal medicine sector of the RHNe in connection with an experienced interprofessional team • Supervision and training of assistant physicians, clinical chiefs in an environment recognized A by the ISFM for specialist training in geriatrics • Close collaborations in the fields of rehabilitation with the different upstream specialties (neurology, medicine, geriatrics, rheumatology and orthopedics) as well as with extra-cantonal reference hospital centers Your profile • Federal medical diploma or equivalent foreign title with Mebeko recognition and titles registered in the medical professions register (MedReg) • Specialist title in internal medicine (FMH or equivalent) with f.a. in Geriatrics • Confirmed experience in supervision and project management • Training in multidisciplinary leadership, an asset • Excellent knowledge of the French language (C1 level required) Your skills • Sense of responsibility, organization and initiative • Professional commitment, flexibility and good adaptability skills • Major aptitude to work in teams and networks, interpersonal skills • Leadership, proven management skills and availability • Autonomy, decision-making and implementation capacity
