Assistant Practice Manager / Assistant Practice Manager in hip and knee surgery

Tasks

Resource and leave planning for the large secretarial team, including ensuring replacements in case of illness and leave

Helping to ensure smooth running of consultations and the secretariat, including regular verification and optimization of structures

Quality assurance and control

Assistance in the planning of operating quotas

Monthly closing of the PEP of medical and non-medical employees in replacement of the practice manager

Support for personnel management and the professional management of the secretarial team

Support for the entire recruitment process in the secretarial field in collaboration with human resources

Co-responsibility for holding regular team meetings

Collaboration with the practice manager and department heads on organizational and personnel issues

Assistance in the planning of medical resources

Participation in department management meetings

Profile

Several years of experience in a similar position, management experience desired

Continuing education in management/personnel or equivalent

Medical knowledge desired

High social competence and good communication skills

Identification with the qualities of determination, stress resistance, flexibility, organizational skills, autonomy, and service orientation

In-depth experience of processes in the hospital field

Full experience in participating in and implementing projects
