What awaits you Ensuring the smooth implementation of our services (reception, cleaning, etc.) Contact person for our customers and ensuring high service quality Leadership of around 20 employees in the area of reception and UHR employees (including deployment and vacation planning as well as responsibility for time tracking and reporting) Conducting quality controls to ensure our standards Posting of invoices Creation and further development of operating manuals Operational management of the various ISS services as well as participation in projects Relief assignments in emergencies at the reception What you bring with you Training in the commercial sector, in the hotel industry or in Facility Management Experience in employee leadership Good MS Office knowledge, ideally experience with CAFM systems Fluent German skills in speaking and writing as well as English skills (at least level B) Flexible, independent and structured way of working with strong communication skills High customer orientation and a strong quality standard Driver's license Cat.
