As part of your duties, you will notably be responsible for:

  • Ensuring HR administrative management and payroll for a population based in Switzerland
  • Preparing and monitoring employment contracts, amendments, letters, attestations and certificates intended for employees
  • Collecting, checking and transmitting variable payroll elements and guaranteeing the reliability of data
  • Ensuring the monitoring of salary certificates and withholding tax, notably the verification of situations and applicable scales
