Your tasks
Implementation of customer projects on the basis of the innosolvenergy solution platform
First-class support for our energy supply companies, municipal and city customers
Consulting and implementation of projects using our innosolvenergy applications
Parameterization of software, interfaces etc.
Creation of training documents and conducting user training
Support on-site, by telephone and via remote access
Creation of concepts, implementation of installations and parameterizations, as well as their functional tests
Targeted and personal customer care
Your profile
Higher education in business informatics, energy and environmental technology or comparable (HF or FH)
High IT affinity, basic knowledge of SQL facilitates the entry
Experience in the energy sector as well as with innosolvenergy is an advantage
