Polymechaniker CNC Milling (m/f/d) ### Activities ### • Programming and setting up 5-axis CNC milling machines • Independent production of demanding workpieces • Creating and documenting clamping plans • Monitoring and optimizing manufacturing processes • Processing stainless steel (Inox), aluminum, and steel • Ensuring quality, dimensional accuracy, and compliance with deadlines • Collaboration on prototypes, small series, and large parts Requirements ### • Completed training as Polymechaniker EFZ, Produktionsmechaniker EFZ or comparable mechanical vocational training • Sound CNC knowledge as well as practical experience in milling • Experience in programming Heidenhain controls • Technical understanding and good spatial reasoning • Clean, exact, and reliable way of working • Independent personality with team spirit and sense of responsibility We offer ### • Modern machine park for components up to 5 × 2 × 1.5 m and up to 8'000 kg • Working with modern 3D programming (ProfiCam) • Varied tasks with prototypes, small series, and large parts • Processing of high-quality materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, and steel • Small, motivated, and collegial team • High personal responsibility and independent work • Long-term perspectives in an innovative company Interested?
