Your responsibilities
Technical management of a portfolio of rental properties, with the help of a technical collaborator:
Ensure the technical management of the buildings under your responsibility.
Supervise maintenance, renovation, and building upkeep work.
Move-in and move-out inspections
Manage relations with external service providers and mandated companies.
Establish budgets for works and ensure their financial follow-up.
Carry out regular visits to the buildings to guarantee their good condition.
Management of concierges
Collaborate closely with the other departments of the company.
Your profile
CFC in commerce / technical or a title deemed equivalent
Very good knowledge in the field of technical building management.
Immobase and Immoplus: an asset
Professional experience in a similar position in Switzerland
Autonomous, rigorous, flexible person, knowing how to manage priorities and capable of working in a team
Very good command of the French language and a good level of English: an asset
Sense of responsibility and good management of priorities
Good stress management and interpersonal skills
Good presentation
Driver's license
