We are a specialized personnel service provider that has been recruiting tailor-made employees for our customers from all over North-West Switzerland since 2008. For our customer, an established garage business in the Basel region, we are looking for a communicative and service-oriented personality as of immediately or by arrangement as:

Employee Customer Reception & Administration 100% (m/f/d)

Activities:

• You receive customers and ensure professional care from the first moment
• You operate the telephone switchboard, receive customer inquiries, and coordinate the corresponding contact persons
• You schedule workshop and service appointments and assist with their planning
• You prepare customer and workshop orders administratively and ensure a smooth flow of information
• You support the customer service and sales departments with organizational and administrative tasks
• You process general correspondence and maintain customer and vehicle data
• You maintain an overview even when the telephone, customers, and the workshop all want something from you at the same time

Requirements:

• Commercial training or corresponding experience in customer service, reception, or administration
• Experience from the automotive industry is welcome, but not a must
• Joy in vehicles and interest in the world of mobility
• Strong service orientation and joy in daily customer contact
• Friendly, well-groomed, and professional appearance
• Organizational talent as well as a structured and reliable way of working
• You enjoy communicating, can set priorities, and remain calm even in lively situations
• Good PC user skills
• Very good German skills
• French and/or English skills are an advantage
