Your tasks

• Support to the curriculum management in the organization and administration of teaching (e.g., semester planning, budget management and study trips)
• Support to teachers in the planning and implementation of their courses
• Contact person for students as well as preparation and processing of requests related to projects
• Preparation and follow-up of meetings and working groups as well as participation in them
• Writing of minutes related to teaching or specific to the discipline (e.g., during team meetings)
• Preparation and organization of events (e.g., information days, work exhibitions and preview of the graduation film)
• Participation in accounting
• Management of social networks, the blog, the website, the archives and the Vimeo channel
• Supervision of student assistants
• Taking charge of general tasks within the framework of the Bachelor Vidéo

Your profile

• Completed university degree (bachelor or equivalent degree), preferably in the field of film
• Great sense of organization as well as an autonomous, structured and reliable way of working
• Commercial knowledge desirable
• Mastery of online media
• Good knowledge of Mac and MS Office
• Impeccable mastery of the German language orally and in writing as well as good knowledge of English
• Taste for exchanges in a team and with students as well as interest in critical reflection on themes such as diversity, anti-racism, gender and social class
