For our partner, we are looking for a Financial Accountant 80-100%. Our partner is an international company based in the canton of Fribourg, active in the trading and distribution of products intended for various industrial sectors. Your tasks at your new employer

• You ensure the complete management of accounts receivable and accounts payable, from the entry of operations to the monitoring of payments and reminders
• You take charge of periodic closings independently and guarantee the reliability of accounting data as well as compliance with deadlines
• You prepare financial reports intended for management and contribute to the production of indicators for monitoring activity
• You support the CFO in various accounting and financial tasks and actively participate in the continuous improvement of processes
• You perform reconciliations between front office and back office activities to ensure the consistency and accuracy of financial information
• You act as the preferred contact person for external auditors and participate in the preparation of documents necessary for audit work
• You have the opportunity to progressively evolve your scope of responsibilities according to your skills, your interests, and the needs of the company

You offer your new employer

• You hold a degree in accounting or finance and benefit from a first successful experience in a similar role
• You master the principles of general accounting and are able to perform closings independently
• You speak French and English fluently and are comfortable evolving in an international environment
• You are comfortable with IT tools and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is an asset, as is experience with other financial ERPs
• Ideally, you have evolved in an environment related to trading, industry, or commodity management
• You are recognized for your autonomy, your rigor, your analytical spirit as well as your ability to collaborate with different interlocutors
