Introduction
Across Advisory AG is a modern and growing fiduciary company based in Baar. We accompany our clients holistically in the areas of fiduciary services, business consulting, and tax consulting. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an auditor/audit expert in Zürich/Baar who enjoys building a new team and maintaining and further expanding existing mandates.
Your tasks
Setup and management of our audit department
Responsibility as a lead auditor for limited and later also ordinary audits
Participation in the RAB company authorization and in the setup and support of new audit mandates
Development of digital audit processes with cloud tools and data analysis
Setup and professional development of a small team
Identification of potentials in the existing SME network while strictly complying with independence requirements
Qualifications
Active personal RAB authorization as an audit expert
Federal diploma as a public auditor or an equivalent, RAB-recognized qualification
Several years of experience as a mandate leader in limited and ordinary audits
Sound knowledge of accounting according to OR as well as the applicable independence regulations
Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment in building a new business area
Initiative, ability to implement, and a convincing appearance towards clients
Very good German skills
An advantage is having your own network in the SME environment of the regions Zug, Zürich, or Central Switzerland
Experience in team building as well as a strong affinity for digital audit tools and data analysis.
