Senior Physician Rhinology

The University ENT Clinic offers competent medical care in the entire field of otorhinolaryngology with the specialties of tumor surgery, cochlear implantation, neuro-otology, audiology, and phoniatrics. In Rhinology, an interdisciplinary team is available to patients for the consultation and therapy of adults and children. What awaits you <br /> • Professional responsibility and personnel management of the Rhinology department of the ENT Clinic as well as member of the clinic management • Treatment and care of outpatient and inpatient patients from the entire spectrum of rhinology • Responsibility for research projects in the field of rhinology (including further development/establishment of olfactometry and gustometry) • Further training and supervision of physicians for the acquisition of the specialist title (Category A training center) • Taking over chief physician on-call duties (picket) at night and on weekends • State-of-the-art infrastructure and devices in the field of ENT as well as a highly motivated team <br /> What you bring with you <br /> • Federally recognized specialist title for Oto-Rhino-Laryngology as well as desired focus title in Head and Neck Surgery (SIWF) • Solid clinical and surgical experience including skull base surgery as well as habilitation • Joy in the training of young colleagues as well as proven leadership experience and willingness to take on leadership responsibility • Commits to overarching tasks of the clinic such as in student teaching • Interest and commitment to the further development of internal clinic processes and structures • Pronounced social and communication competence in dealing with patients and employees as well as high customer orientation and impeccable manners • Very independent, exact and reliable way of working • Good organizational skills and high initiative • Very good German skills (C1-C2), oral French and English skills. <br /> Our offer <br /> • A demanding, varied and interesting activity in a university environment with a professional and committed team awaits you. • Permanent employment contract • You benefit from modern employment conditions, central location and excellent opportunities for personal development and career planning. <br /> Questions about the position?
