KiTa Little Home was opened at the end of 2024 in the new Papieri Quartier in Cham. KiTa Little Home is a family-run daycare center that offers high-quality, loving, and needs-oriented care for children from the age of 3 months until starting kindergarten. As an expansion of our team for our location in Cham/ZG, we are looking for a warm and independent childcare specialist with a 100% workload. Your area of responsibility As a group leader, you are responsible for group and team leadership. You accompany and promote the children and are the reference person for them and their parents. In addition to your administrative tasks, you develop interesting topics and activities for and with the children and organize exciting excursions. You are also responsible for the training of the apprentices and interns in your group. Your profile

A degree as a childcare specialist (EFZ), Childhood Educator HF or an equivalent qualification (SBFI recognition)
Several years of professional experience (also as a group leader)
Independent way of working and a high sense of responsibility
Warmth, assertiveness and a sense of humor
Appreciative and solution-oriented attitude, as well as joy in experiencing everyday life with the children
