Experienced Site Manager 80-100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Site management, coordination of companies, site meetings with minutes of meetings
• Preparation of tenders, comparisons, adjudication of works and contracts
• Cost control, verification of invoices and measurements, final accounts
• Establishment of the work schedule with monitoring and updating
• Control and maintenance of the execution file, monitoring of modifications

Profile

• You have training as a site manager and/or ES technician, the CFC as a building draughtsman is an asset
• Proven experience in site management
• You master the public procurement law and its procedures (an asset)
• You master Messerli or Delta software
• Sense of responsibility, organization, respect for planning objectives
