What you can achieve ## • You independently supervise and advise the retail outlets and smaller accounts assigned to you in Eastern Switzerland and in Graubünden and maintain long-term customer relationships.   • You ensure a strong presence of our brands at the Point of Sale and professionally implement sales activities, assortment specifications, and novelties.   • You arrange and realize secondary placements, displays, and other POS activities to make our brands visible.   • You actively support retail outlets with promotions, actions, and sales-promoting measures.   • You plan your sales territory efficiently, use potentials in a targeted manner, and ensure sustainable customer development.   • You observe market and competitive developments and contribute valuable impulses for the further development of our business. What you bring with you ## • You have sound experience in retail and know the processes and challenges at the Point of Sale.   • With your winning personality, your confident appearance, and your sales skills, you inspire customers and build long-term partnerships.   • Experience in field service ideally complements your profile and helps you to become successful quickly in our sales territory.   • You work independently, structured, and goal-oriented and organize your sales territory efficiently.   • You use digital tools confidently and understand a cleanly maintained CRM as an important basis for your sales success.  • Experience in the FMCG environment is an advantage. However, more important to us is that you understand retail and bring joy to direct customer contact.   • You live in the region, ideally know it well, and enjoy being on the move in your sales territory.  What we offer you ## 6 weeks vacation Enjoy six weeks of vacation per year.
