Bern (and home office) | 80-100% The contribution you can make <br /> • Analyze and evaluate the organizational structure based on strategic corporate objectives and hierarchical line criteria • Direct partial projects related to the organization and provide support to organizational programs as part of the further development of procurement for the SM Es • Develop, implement, and ensure programmatic documents (concepts), standards, and methods for the uniform execution of procurement and projects and purchasing strategies (automation, digitalization, and simplification of processes, training and communication, management of innovation and risks) • Develop, define, and implement guidelines and processes in partial areas of sourcing (parts of sourcing governance) in consideration of corporate strategy, structure, and culture • Analyze, evaluate, and conduct tenders for the awarding of orders, service supplies, and purchases in close collaboration with the beneficiaries of the services as well as on the basis of strategic corporate objectives • Perform further tasks in support of operational and strategic procurement, according to the criteria of the hierarchical line <br /> What distinguishes you <br /> • University diploma (Uni/SUP/PF) or equivalent training and several years of professional experience, preferably in the public procurement sector • High degree of autonomy, personal initiative, organizational and communication skills as well as strong leadership qualities for the direction of processes and specialist conduct • Knowledge of the Confederation's procurement processes (Public Administration) as well as negotiation skills, the ability to assert oneself, and excellent knowledge of SAP and ActaNova constitute an advantage • Experience in the context of challenges posed by procurement in the IT sector • Strong ability to think analytically and conceptually as well as a high orientation toward service and customers • Good active knowledge in at least one second official language and, if possible, passive knowledge in a third official language as well as passive knowledge of English <br /> In summary In this multifaceted function, you will contribute actively to the development of our procurement organization.
