Job description ##

Within a reference structure active on a national scale, you will join a specialized team intervening directly with hotel establishments and restaurants. As part of this function combining field work, analysis and consulting, you will be required to autonomously conduct visits to companies in the industry, to analyze different operational and administrative situations as well as to establish reports and recommendations intended for stakeholders. As a true local interlocutor, you will support establishment managers on various themes related to the management of their activity and the application of the conventional provisions specific to the sector. Thanks to your listening skills, your diplomacy and your professional credibility, you will know how to establish a constructive dialogue with various interlocutors while guaranteeing a rigorous, objective and impartial approach. You will also participate in the processing of specific files, the preparation of detailed reports, the carrying out of analyses as well as different cross-functional projects and work. This function offers great autonomy, a high diversity of interventions as well as privileged contacts with the main actors of the hotel-catering industry in Suisse romande.

Profile sought ##

Coming from the hotel or catering sector, you benefit from a recognized training from a hotel school or an equivalent curriculum, completed by solid operational and managerial experience in hotel-catering that has allowed you to acquire an in-depth understanding of field realities and the organizational, administrative and human issues related to the HORECA sector. You also benefit from an excellent knowledge of the local economic fabric, the actors of the industry as well as a mastery of the main legal and conventional frameworks governing hotel-catering in Switzerland. You possess excellent writing skills, demonstrate rigor in analysis and are recognized for your listening skills, your diplomacy as well as your interpersonal ease. Used to working autonomously, you know how to show discernment, firmness and credibility when facing various interlocutors. Gifted with a strong sense of professional ethics and a pragmatic approach, you appreciate functions combining field work, analysis and consulting. Mastery of French is indispensable. Solid knowledge of German constitutes an essential prerequisite for this function, as does possession of a valid driver's license.
