Your challenges
As CEO, you assume overall entrepreneurial responsibility for MS Direct AG. Together with the Board of Directors, you develop the strategic direction and consistently implement it in practice with the Executive Board. You make decisions, implement them consistently, and create the prerequisites for sustainable growth, high service quality, and efficient processes through clear priorities. In doing so, you are particularly responsible for the following tasks:

• Leading and further developing the company with a focus on customers, employees, quality, efficiency, and sustainable profitability
• Developing the corporate strategy in close cooperation with the Board of Directors as well as implementing the strategic goals with the Executive Board
• Ensuring high-performance, stable, and scalable fulfillment and logistics processes at the various locations
• Maintaining and targeted expansion of existing customer relationships as well as winning new customers and business opportunities
• Recognizing customer needs and market developments and translating these insights into competitive solutions and offers
• Initiating and leading optimization, Lean, and transformation projects as well as the targeted use of AI and Physical AI to increase productivity, quality, and customer benefit, always with a view to economic efficiency
• Leading, promoting, and further developing the Executive Board as well as strengthening a binding, performance-oriented, and appreciative leadership culture
• Steering financial and operational performance based on clear goals, key figures, and priorities

Our requirements
For this versatile entrepreneurial task, you ideally bring the following "backpack" with you:

• Entrepreneurially minded generalist with several years of successful leadership experience at executive board or CEO level in a dynamic service environment
• Sound experience in fulfillment and logistics as well as a pronounced understanding of operational processes, service quality, and scalable processes
• Proven track record in customer care and in building long-term relationships
• Strong sense for efficiency, customer needs, and market developments
• Logistic training and further education with further education in business administration and ideally corporate management
• Practical knowledge in Lean and project management, high affinity for digital solutions as well as experience in the economic use of automation and AI in logistics
• German at C2 level or native language and English business fluent. French language skills are an advantage
• Your personality: You convince as a down-to-earth, integral leader with decisiveness and pronounced implementation strength, pronounced entrepreneurial spirit, natural authority, empathy, and clarity.
