What you can achieve

• Taking on the key user function for SAP Sales & Distribution (SD)
• Answering user inquiries in 1st-level support
• Training new employees as well as conducting refresher training if required
• Testing new releases and system functions
• Creating and maintaining training documentation
• Collaborating in projects, optimizing business processes and promoting business innovation, as well as acting as the central contact person for 2nd-level support, especially SAP CC

What you bring with you

• Technical or business administration training, further training as a process specialist is an advantage or comparable qualification
• Proficient knowledge in SAP SD and PS, knowledge of other modules is desirable
• Very good MS Office skills as well as high IT affinity
• Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form
• Communicative, entrepreneurial-minded personality with an independent, cooperative and responsible way of working
• Enjoyment in the training and promotion of employees as well as corresponding skill
