Your tasks ###

• Overall technical, organizational, and personnel management of the Social Services department
• Responsible for the areas of social assistance, asylum matters, alimony, professional guardianship, open youth work, voluntary social counseling, and age-related issues
• Leading and coordinating the subordinate area managers
• Interface between the political and administrative levels regarding social issues
• Cooperation with various bodies inside and outside the municipal administration

Your profile ###

• Basic training in the social sector or in administration
• Further training as a certified social assistance specialist GFS or as a legal agent and in the area of leadership
• Sound specialist knowledge in social and procedural law as well as interest in socio-political and societal developments
• Several years of leadership experience in a comparable position
• Strong communication and proactive personality
