We are a successful personnel consultancy for temporary and permanent positions in the whole of Eastern Switzerland that specializes in the placement of personnel from industry, technology, construction, and office.

We are looking for our customer, starting immediately or by arrangement, for a

Plant Operator 4 Shift (m/f/d) 100%

Your activities include:

• Ensuring a smooth production process on modern injection molding machines
• Independent recognition and rectification of malfunctions on machines, peripheral devices, and tools
• Carrying out maintenance work according to internal specifications
• Ongoing quality controls according to testing and documentation guidelines
• Compliance with all process, safety, and documentation regulations
• Proper cleaning and care of plants as well as the entire production environment
• Active participation in the optimization of processes

In order for you to optimally fulfill these demanding activities, you bring the following requirements:

• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Readiness to work in a 4-shift model
• Technical understanding or basic knowledge in the technical field
• Ideally experience in plastics processing or in a cleanroom
• Independent, responsible way of working
• High quality awareness and entrepreneurial thinking
• Own vehicle and valid driver's license
