Your tasks

• You actively participate in the Grenzhof childcare team and shape professional, child-friendly care and promotion.
• You are a reliable reference person for children and parents and conduct parent conversations.
• You maintain contact with teachers, facility management, as well as other specialists at the school.
• You work predominantly during school weeks, each on Monday and Friday from 11.15 am to 5.00 pm and on Thursday from 10.30 am to 5.00 pm.
• Assignments in holiday care are also possible as needed.

Your profile

• You have a completed social pedagogical, socio-cultural, or pedagogical education.
• You have experience and joy in accompanying, promoting, and supporting children aged 4 to 13 in their everyday lives.
• You handle culturally and age-mixed groups confidently and enjoy movement, nature, and creative activities.
• You convince through your empathetic, appreciative, and team-oriented manner and contribute significantly to daily life with your commitment.
• You work independently, reliably, and communicate clearly and transparently.
• Even in lively moments, you remain calm, patient, and resilient.
