What you can achieve ##

• You carry out incoming goods inspections, sampling, and visual quality checks and ensure that our products and packaging materials meet the defined quality requirements.
• You document inspection results in accordance with GMP, manage retention samples, and contribute to seamless traceability in the quality environment.
• You support the implementation of environmental monitoring as well as the monitoring of compressed air and water systems.
• You act as an organizational superuser in our electronic document management system - and training system and support their smooth application in everyday life.
• You maintain quality metrics, overviews, and documentation, support management reviews, and ensure structured filing and archiving.
• You participate in quality-relevant projects and special tasks and support the team in the preparation of audits and regulatory inspections.

What you bring with you ##

• You have a completed commercial or technical education and have ideally already been able to gain initial professional experience in a regulated environment.
• You have a strong flair for administrative processes and enjoy working with Excel, metrics, and digital systems.
• You think analytically, work in a structured manner, and keep quality, efficiency, and deadlines in view even with complex tasks.
• You communicate confidently and appropriately to the target audience at all levels and know how to combine clarity with appreciation.
• You convince through your high service orientation, your initiative, as well as your strong focus on results.
• You work reliably, enjoy working in a team, and are willing, by arrangement, to occasionally take on assignments on Saturdays.
