As part of a succession arrangement, we are looking for an entrepreneurially minded and strong-leadership personality as Chief Nursing Officer (CNO). Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) Member of the Executive Board What you will achieve You bear overall responsibility for the quality, effectiveness, and further development of nursing in the areas of epileptology and neurorehabilitation and ensure patient-oriented, high-quality, and economical service delivery. You develop and implement a future-oriented nursing strategy and drive central topics such as skill-grade-mix, modern work and deployment models, as well as the digitalization of nursing processes. Together with your leadership team, you promote a contemporary leadership and team culture, accompany the further development of the nursing sector through upcoming change and transformation processes, and strengthen interprofessional cooperation with the medical and therapy sectors. You consistently further develop Klinik Lengg as an innovative training facility at secondary and tertiary levels and commit yourself to the recruitment, development, and retention of qualified specialists. As a member of the Executive Board, you actively shape the strategic further development of the clinic and represent the interests of nursing at the corporate level. What distinguishes you Completed training as a dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH or Bachelor of Science in Nursing, supplemented by an MAS in Nursing Management / Nursing Leadership or a comparable specialization. Several years of professional and leadership experience in the healthcare sector with a proven track record in a comparable leadership function, ideally at the level of nursing directorate or CNO. Demonstrable experience in leading change and development processes as well as enjoyment in successfully accompanying organizations and people through transformations. Entrepreneurial thinking, high implementation competence, as well as a pronounced understanding of business management contexts and the efficient use of resources. High social competence, strong communication and conflict resolution skills, as well as the ability to constructively bring together different interests.
