Project Manager Architecture 80-100%

You coordinate and lead the interdisciplinary planning team and, in cooperation with the client, achieve the specified milestones with them. Responsibly and independently, you lead our diverse construction projects in all SIA sub-phases from the feasibility study to the handover to the client. This is done in compliance with budget, deadlines and quality.

What you bring with you:

• Completed studies in architecture (ETH, FH or equivalent)
• At least six years of experience in Switzerland as a Project Manager, especially in execution planning and realization in a comparable position with leadership responsibility
• Project management skills and integration capabilities
• Empathy, assertiveness, communication and organizational strength
• Team player with high initiative, reliability and accuracy as well as a creative and proactive way of thinking
• Confident handling of common CAD and tendering programs (ArchiCAD, Messerli)
• Great interest and intuition for architecture
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
