Together with a dedicated, interdisciplinary team, you shape a varied everyday life in which the children can unfold their abilities, develop independence, and gain confidence in their own strengths. Your tasks You take over the leadership of a dedicated team of five employees and share responsibility with them for a residential group with 6-8 children aged 6 to 12 years. With your expertise, you contribute to the individual support planning of the children and ensure professional reporting according to ICF. In close cooperation with the department management, you promote the further development of your team and accompany students as well as female and male interns. You shape the interdisciplinary cooperation with teachers, therapists, parents, and authorities cooperatively and solution-oriented. If required, you take over night presence as well as occasional weekend or holiday duties. Your profile You have completed training in social pedagogy HF/FH and bring experience in leading a small team. Training as a practical instructor is an advantage. You enjoy supporting children with disabilities and approach them with empathy, patience, and openness. With your open, supportive attitude, you lead your team at eye level.
