You meet the following requirements:

• Training as an Electrical Installer EFZ or Mechatronics Technician EFZ
• «Anschlussbewilligung ESTI» is an advantage
• Experience as a service technician and knowledge in the electrical field are required
• German as a native language, French is an advantage
• Good MS Office skills
• Experience in the field of household appliances is an advantage
• You are independent, flexible, communicative, and team-oriented
• You show initiative and have customer-oriented thinking
• You have a well-groomed appearance and do not shy away from approaching people

Your tasks:

• Analyzing errors and malfunctions in household and commercial appliances
• Receiving service orders, as well as their preliminary or follow-up processing
• Carrying out repairs and installations (external / workshop)
• Ordering and managing spare parts
• Providing technical instructions / information to our customers
