Under the umbrella of the Kinder- und Jugendinstitutionen BS, the Heilsarmee Schweiz operates the Schlössli located in Basel. The Schlössli is a social pedagogical institution that cares for up to 22 female adolescents aged 12 to 23 in two residential groups and six external apartments.

The adolescents, who cannot remain in their original system due to challenging life situations, are accompanied in their everyday lives and supported in their developmental tasks in a resource-oriented manner according to a trauma-pedagogical and systemic-solution-oriented approach.

Your tasks ###

• Collaboration in a well-established team
• Accompanying and promoting the adolescents
• Case work
• Collaboration with UPK-Basel (Universitäre psychiatrische Klinik)
• Contact with parents, authorities, training sites
• Night and weekend shifts, irregular working hours

What you bring with you ###

• Social pedagogical training HF / FH
• Professional experience with adolescents
• Joy, commitment and initiative in accompanying adolescents
• Resilience and flexibility
• CAS-Praxisausbildende in der sozialen Arbeit preferred
