What you achieve You independently care for and support our newborns and premature infants in all three shift services, with a high degree of personal responsibility and in close cooperation with our pediatricians and neonatologists. • You independently care for and support up to four premature or sick newborns and actively involve their parents in holistic, family-centered care. • In doing so, you carry out the nursing process according to the latest findings, supported by the clinical information system KISIM. • You take co-responsibility for achieving area and department goals and commit yourself to the continuous optimization of nursing processes. • Additionally, you support the delivery room team in emergencies. What characterizes you • You are a certified nursing specialist (KWS / PFF HF/FH with Focus F) and have at least six months of experience in a neonatology unit. Thanks to your professional and social competencies, you care for premature and sick newborns competently and empathetically. • You are a flexible, committed, and motivated personality with a quick grasp of things. • Good interdisciplinary cooperation is important to you. • The well-being of premature and newborn infants as well as their families is at the center of your work.
