HR Business Partner 6-month fixed-term contract (f/m/d) Exciting tasks Advising and supporting managers and employees in their respective areas of competence Responsibility for the entire recruitment process (writing advertisements, receiving applications, pre-selection, recruitment interviews and telephone interviews) Responsibility for the entire personnel administration process, from entry to exit (preparation of contracts and work certificates, applications for work permits, preparation of terminations and confirmations of terminations) Implementation of disciplinary measures and support for interviews Implementation of HR strategies and active sparring partner for managers Perfect application of HR policies and procedures, while being proactive in suggesting ways to evolve them Point of contact for internal clients for any question related to the field of Human Resources.
