Job Description ## • Holistic care and nursing of guests in the sense of the nursing mission statement and the nursing process • Taking over tasks as a primary caregiver • Responsibility and management of the nursing process of the assigned guests including the RAI care needs assessment • Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach • Planning and accompaniment of physician visits • Taking over daily responsibility with coordination of the day team • Leading case discussions and nursing reports • Taking over tasks as a subject matter expert in a specialist topic and thus participating in the group-wide network for nursing quality Requirement Profile ## • Completed training as a Dipl.
