At the head of your team and in direct contact with the management of the establishment, your main responsibilities will focus on the direction and coordination of the activities and resources of the hotel's Housekeeping department. A hands-on man or woman, guarantor of the efficiency of the maintenance and cleanliness of the rooms, floors, exteriors as well as public areas, the SPA and conference rooms, you will develop existing practices and ensure compliance with current standards. A good manager mindful of your costs, you are comfortable with numbers and capable of maintaining the budgets allocated by your hierarchy in your daily decisions. Possessing a developed sense of communication, you will maintain close relationships with clients and guide your teams with exemplary leadership towards ambitious goals.

Profile sought

A graduate of a hotel school or benefiting from solid training, you have experience in a similar function of at least 4 years within a 5* category hotel establishment or a high-standing hotel resort. Used to leading teams, you are considered an example by your teams and know how to optimize their productivity while promoting a healthy and pleasant working atmosphere. You have a sense of detail and a taste for tasks carried out with care, rigor and professionalism. Organized and autonomous in your function, you know how to handle several challenges at once and are capable of delegating while assuming your responsibilities at the head of a department. Oriented towards excellence, you are strongly committed to your function and possess a developed "hands-on" vision. Comfortable in the use of IT tools, you speak fluently in French and English.
