What awaits you:
Individual, solution-oriented advice and support for the existing customer base
Acquisition of new customers in the private and corporate sectors
Maintenance and sustainable expansion of the customer portfolio through cross- and upselling as well as customer retention
Requirement-oriented preparation and presentation of individual offers
Participation in customer retention measures and active prevention of cancellations
Execution of sales promotions
Answering customer questions regarding policies, benefits, and billing
Representation of ÖKK at events and marketing activities
General administrative tasks
Fixed annual salary with additional bonus (no activity on a commission basis)
What you bring with you:
Completed commercial basic training or vocational apprenticeship with experience or additional training in the administrative and/or sales area
Certification as an insurance intermediary (VBV) or willingness to obtain it
Strong affinity for consulting and sales skills
Enjoyment of active selling and direct customer contact
Entrepreneurial thinking and independent action
Very good PC user skills
Independent, proactive and sales-oriented personality with strong communication skills and negotiation skills
Excellent knowledge of German and Italian, both spoken and written
