Therefore, we offer you the opportunity to further develop Mensch - Natur together with a dedicated team and support job seekers on their way into the labor market as: Managing Director (80%) ## Your new area of responsibility: • Management of Mensch - Natur's operational business • Direct cooperation with assigning offices • Maintenance of contacts with external clients and social institutions • Responsibility for public relations and PR work • Personnel management • Technical support for employees in accompanying participants • Collaboration on strategic orientation and further development in cooperation with the board of directors You bring: • Degree from a university of applied sciences or higher vocational school in social work, social pedagogy or vocational education • Several years of management experience at the level of managing director or department head • Competencies in the commercial sector • Further training in personnel management • Authentic communication skills with different stakeholder groups • Network in the social sector and with employers • Enjoyment of collaboration with a self-dependent and innovative team We offer you: • An experienced, dynamic and enthusiastic team • Exciting and diverse field of activity • Meaningful activity for people and the environment • High quality awareness • Supportive and cooperative collaboration with the board Workplace: 9100 Herisau Start of employment: 1.
