Your activities with us: You will lead Web-to-Print and E-Commerce projects independently from the requirements gathering to the go-live and subsequently support them in ongoing operation. In direct exchange with our customers, you will clarify requirements, conduct workshops, develop suitable solutions and ensure clear next steps, deadlines and responsibilities. You will independently configure and test shops, products, user roles, approvals, templates and ordering processes. You will reliably coordinate interfaces to ERP, production, logistics, sales, marketing and external partners. You will keep an eye on project statuses, open points and possible risks and communicate them early and transparently. In the event of malfunctions or change requests, you will analyze the situation, prioritize the next steps and coordinate the implementation. You will document solutions and processes in a comprehensible manner and contribute your own ideas for optimization and automation. Your profile: You bring with you training or further education in informatics, business informatics, mediamatics, e-commerce, printing and media technology or comparable practical experience. You already have experience in the implementation of digital customer projects, for example with webshops, customer portals, CMS, ERP or Web-to-Print systems. You understand technical contexts quickly and enjoy configuring, testing and supporting systems yourself until a working solution is achieved. You do not need to know how to program. A structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working, clear priorities and decisiveness characterize you. In customer contact, you appear confident and binding, communicate transparently and take responsibility for your projects. Very good German skills round off your profile.
