For our Corporate Service Center Dübendorf site, we are looking for, immediately or by agreement, an

Regional Training Officer 80-100%

Your tasks

• Preparation, implementation, and monitoring of structured supervision visits in Tertianum establishments to ensure the quality of training for apprentices and students (nursing as well as other professions)
• Intensive training and support if necessary for the BBV/BB roles in the establishments
• Support and communication in demanding situations, with key internal interlocutors, schools, and training offices
• Active participation in Tertianum's training and development initiatives
• Support in the recruitment of apprentices and students

Your profile

• Completed training in the field of nursing (at least tertiary level) as well as solid experience in vocational training (BV/BB function and experience in care management)
• SVEB 2 certificate or equivalent training
• Proven skills in counseling, stress resistance, and the ability to integrate quickly into new teams/structures and to pragmatically initiate changes
• High availability for travel in the assigned regions, flexibility, and willingness for phases of stationary presence in the establishments in the short or medium term. (General Abonnement provided)
• Very good oral and written knowledge in German and French (minimum level C1), bilingual preferred
