For our clients in the psychiatric healthcare sector, we are looking for responsible and committed Healthcare Specialists EFZ to support psychiatric institutions and clinics.

Sought position:
Healthcare Specialist EFZ / Healthcare Specialist EFZ Psychiatry (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

Care and accompaniment of patients in a psychiatric environment
Support with basic care and in daily life
Promotion of independence and support with daily structuring
Observation of the mental and physical state of the patients
Recognizing and forwarding changes to the responsible nursing specialists
Support with therapeutic and nursing activities within the scope of one's own competencies
Maintaining nursing documentation according to internal specifications
Collaboration with an interprofessional treatment team

Your profile:

Completed training as Healthcare Specialist EFZ or Healthcare Specialist EFZ
Professional experience in the psychiatric field is an advantage
Good German skills in speaking and writing
High degree of empathy and social competence
Mental resilience and professional handling of demanding situations
Responsible, reliable, and team-oriented way of working
Willingness to work shift duties depending on the employing company

Working regions:
Various regions in German-speaking Switzerland, depending on the employing company.
