Job Description

Reporting to the Workshop Manager and under the direct supervision of the Team Leader, you will join our Pre-assembly Workshop within the Movement department. Your main mission consists of performing the perlage of watchmaking components (bridges and plates), thereby contributing directly to the level of finishing and excellence that characterize our pieces.

In this context, your main responsibilities are to:

• Ensure the setup, adjustments, and execution of operations on the perlage machines.
• Perform decoration operations in compliance with quality standards and production requirements.
• Ensure the self-control of your production and guarantee the conformity of the pieces produced.
• Organize your activity according to the defined quality, quantity, and deadline objectives.
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement processes of the Workshop.
• Collaborate effectively with the various production stakeholders in order to contribute to collective performance.

Qualifications

• Having benefited from successful experience in the watchmaking industry, you possess practical knowledge of perlage.
• You have at least one year of experience in a similar role.
• Equipped with excellent manual dexterity and a strong attention to detail, you perform precise work in accordance with our quality requirements.
• Organized, rigorous, and autonomous, you know how to manage your priorities while respecting the expected standards.
• You demonstrate good team spirit, flexibility, and constructive communication.
• In self-control, you are the guarantor of the quality of your work and the rigorous application of established criteria.
