Job Description ##

• Supervise and coordinate waterproofing work on construction sites
• Ensure the quality and compliance of the work performed
• Manage and motivate a team of technicians
• Plan and organize the resources necessary for projects
• Collaborate with other departments to guarantee the smooth running of operations

We expect ##

• Solid experience of at least 10 years in the field
• Experience in team management with natural leadership
• Autonomy, organizational skills, speed of execution and versatility
• Reliability, professionalism and discretion
• Perfect mastery of waterproofing techniques: bitumen, synthetic membranes, resins, insulation, etc.
• Ability to plan, distribute and control tasks in the field
• Constant attention to safety standards and quality of work
• Ease in exchanges with clients, site managers and other stakeholders
