You will assist our banking advisors and welcome clients according to our high standards of service and performance. Here are your tasks: • carry out the necessary setup and ensure the proper functioning of IT and technical equipment (auditorium, conference rooms, client lounges) • accompany clients to their appointment location and announce their presence to the banking advisors • ensure beverage service • register reservations in the dedicated application • clear away beverages and tidy up the lounges • supervise the smooth running of certain sessions and remain until the end of these events • advise advisors of the arrival of internal or external mail IdDemandeAuto 338302BR City Carouge Job type Full time Our team You will join a cohesive and experienced team of 20 people and with them you will be responsible for welcoming clients in our three establishments in Geneva.
