As a team player, you are responsible and motivated to actively help shape the development of the hotel. You enjoy the hotel industry and bring commitment and initiative.

We are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, an
Allrounder:in Front Office (m/f/d) Full-time 100% or Part-time 80%

YOUR TASKS
■ Friendly and professional guest care
■ Accounting activities (accounts receivable, managing the hotel cash register, daily closing)
■ Sending offers, processing reservations, and guest check-in/check-out
■ Co-responsibility for smooth operations, taking quality standards and customer wishes into account
■ Complaint management
■ Assistance in the bistro & breakfast

YOUR PROFILE
■ Friendly, warm, authentic
■ Communicative and open personality
■ Very good German and English skills, any further language is a plus
■ Assertive, independent, clean, and efficient way of working
■ Very good IT skills
