Your tasks:

• Supporting patients in mobilization and active movement promotion
• Carrying out nursing measures to promote independence
• Cooperation with physiotherapists and occupational therapists to improve rehabilitation progress
• Instructing patients and relatives on exercises and health-promoting measures
• Documentation of progress and adjustment of care plans

Your profile:

• Completed training as Healthcare Specialist EFZ
• Interest in rehabilitation and therapeutic measures
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
• Empathy and patience in dealing with patients in the recovery phase
