To bring this new address to life, we are looking for committed and dynamic collaborators. Ideally located in the heart of the 4 Vallées domain, our establishment offers 44 rooms, a restaurant with 120 covers, a bar, a terrace, a seminar room, as well as a wellness area. What makes us different? • The opportunity to participate in the opening of a new 4* hotel • A human-scale establishment with a dynamic and cohesive environment • Opportunities for evolution as we develop An authentic atmosphere, a motivated team: Welcome to Montfort Boutique Hotel To strengthen our restaurant team, we are recruiting 4 chef/fes de rang on a permanent contract (variable rate 60-100%), whose main missions are: • Ensuring a warm and personalized welcome to our clients • Managing your station autonomously and guaranteeing the smooth running of service • Advising clients on dishes and drinks in order to offer them a memorable experience • Carrying out the setup of the dining room and ensuring service quality • Ensuring coordination between the dining room and the kitchen • Participating in maintaining the quality, hygiene, and presentation standards of the establishment What we are looking for: • A positive and benevolent team spirit • Versatility, flexibility, and organization • Excellent presentation and a real sense of hospitality • Proven experience in a similar position in catering • Proficiency in French and English is indispensable; knowledge of a 3rd language is an asset Start date: September - October 2026 Ready to live the adventure with us?
