• you take care of all steps of service procurement, from ordering to preparation to storage in all departments
• you are responsible for the complete processing of orders for stock and transit items, including monitoring delivery dates, handling complaints, and evaluating alternative items
• you receive material deliveries, perform checks upon receipt of goods, and store or move goods (intralogistics)
• you verify, process, and allocate supplier invoices in a timely manner for the monthly accounting closing in the ERP workflow
• you maintain the article and supplier database in the system and assist during inventories
• you actively participate in interprofessional collaboration and, with specialized departments, optimize work processes (stock, processes, digitalization)

• you have a logistics training or a background in the medical or commercial field
• you have several years of experience in purchasing/material management or in supply logistics; practical experience in a hospital is a great advantage

• you think in networks, work in a highly structured, precise, and autonomous manner
• you like to take initiative, are resistant to stress, and are ready to be physically involved (good physical condition)
