Sales Internal Service Employee 100 % (m/f/d) with focus on Hotel & Project Business

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the internal service processing of our hotel and project orders from order entry to on-time delivery in close cooperation with our field service
• Maintenance and support of our Key Accounts as well as our retail partners in the entire DACH region in close cooperation with our field service
• Entry of customer orders and processing of inquiries via various channels
• Ensuring a high service level as well as solution-oriented communication
• Maintenance of conditions and master data
• Close cooperation with internal departments such as production, purchasing, field service, and customer service

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience in sales internal service, customer service, or a comparable position
• Very good language skills in German, French, and English (Italian is an advantage)
• Proficient in handling ERP systems and common MS Office applications
• Strong customer and service orientation, high solution orientation, communication strength, and teamwork skills
• Independent, structured way of working with high self-motivation
