Your tasks Management of overall and sub-projects for new products and product changes Definition of product goals and requirements according to the DUSCHOLUX brand strategy Obtaining and evaluating internal and external feedback for product optimization Support of sales (OEM and object business) Development of new product ideas through market observation Implementation of visions in concepts and projects, internally and with external partners Coordination of international product policy as well as maintenance of market analyses and documentation What you bring Training/studies in product or project management with project experience High technical understanding, ideally in the machine, metal or sanitary industry Experience with brand manufacturers and in handling technical materials Convincing presentation skills and very good MS-Office skills Networked thinking, assertiveness and negotiating security for the timely implementation of demanding tasks Negotiation-secure German, very good English, further languages an advantage What we offer We offer you a varied activity in a lively environment, in which initiative and independent work are appreciated.
