As reinforcement for our Technical Services, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a: Head of Technical Services (100%) ### Your activities with us: ##### • Leadership of a team of around 5 people • Responsible for the acceptance, planning, organization, and execution of maintenance, repair, and preparation work • Ensuring the functional capability of all safety-relevant systems in the areas of building technology, gastronomy, and nursing • Responsibility for the purchase, storage, and internal distribution of non-food items in all areas • Responsible for efficient deployment planning as well as hours control • Budget and invoice control in your own area • Organization and assistance with the on-call service Our expectations of you: ##### • Basic vocational training in a craft/trade with several years of professional experience • Confident handling of versatile building and plant maintenance work • Leadership experience in a similar function • Training as a SIBE is an advantage • Proactive, innovative, and winning personality who enjoys further development and change processes • Participatory and solution-oriented leadership style • Pronounced sense of responsibility, high social competence, and ability to work in a team • Service-oriented • Affinity for digitalization topics as well as proficient German in spoken and written form What you can look forward to: ##### • Exciting, varied, and challenging area of responsibility  • A continuously evolving and learning company • High level of personal responsibility • Progressive employment conditions • Individual development and further training opportunities Do you want to enrich our foundation with your committed personality?
