We are looking for real professionals – not just on the road, but also in logistics and our own workshops. Our state-of-the-art fleet of around 1'800 vehicles deserves regular maintenance and precise repairs. Will you roll up your sleeves?
What you move
You keep the administrative daily routine running – from correspondence and appointment management to the maintenance of customer, business, and vehicle master data
With reports, statistics, and evaluations for fleet management, you get relevant data to the point
In projects, you roll up your sleeves and support the creation and maintenance of documents, forms, and lists
High data quality is important to you: You work carefully and conscientiously and reliably adhere to defined quality standards
You record processes and workflows clearly and ensure structured filing with cleanly maintained system and process documentation
Why you will succeed
You have a commercial apprenticeship or equivalent further training under your belt and ideally have already gained several years of experience in an administrative, analytical, or data-oriented function
Analyzing, preparing, and interpreting data is your strength – from this, you derive meaningful reports, key figures, and decision-making bases for fleet management
You are very proficient in Excel, and complex formulas, pivot tables, data preparation, and evaluations are part of your everyday life. You handle larger amounts of data in a structured and confident manner
Independent, precise, and solution-oriented – that is how you work. At the same time, you question existing processes and bring initiative to sustainably develop workflows, systems, and data quality
In exchange with different contact persons, you communicate confidently and professionally. Good French and/or Italian skills are a plus, as is experience in the vehicle or leasing industry
