• Independent management of event logistics projects throughout Switzerland (planning, implementation, controlling) • Direct contact person for your customers: you advise, further develop the cooperation and ensure sustainable customer relationships • Responsibility for offers, budgets and the economic success of your projects • Coordination and control of all relevant interfaces (warehouse, event technology, sales) as well as external partners and suppliers • Contact person for the assigned customers regarding the offered event logistics services • Coordination with external partners and suppliers and responsible for project-related purchasing • Optional: Co-design and further development of the department's own social media activities • Training in the field of marketing, project/event management, tourism or logistics • At least 2 years of experience in project management (ideally in the event or logistics environment) • Very good German and English skills • Strong understanding of numbers as well as a structured, process-oriented way of working • Confident handling of Microsoft 365 • You maintain an overview even with several parallel projects and set clear priorities • You communicate reliably and appropriately for the target group – internally and externally • You take responsibility and also help out operationally when it comes down to it • You think solution-oriented and act in the interest of our customers • You are a service provider who can also handle one or two weekend assignments should this ever be necessary • You possess driving license B • French language skills are a plus
