Our client, schärli bättig partner ag, is a small, fine and dedicated consulting company in the center of the city of Luzern. Their customer focus lies on medical practices and regional SMEs. In the area of fiduciary activities and due to pleasing growth, we are looking for two independent, entrepreneurial and responsible personalities who want to develop further in the function due to their professional competence and personal potential.

Your tasks

• Technical responsibility for the operational fiduciary team or responsibility for the fiduciary department
• Holistic support of mandate clients in the areas of accounting, finance, payroll and taxes
• Active advising in the field of business administration and entrepreneurship
• Responsibility for annual financial statements with reporting
• Partly co-responsibility for projects, processes, digitalization and AI activities
• Exchange with mandate leaders, partners as well as colleagues

Your profile

• Basic professional training with further training at the level of fiduciary with federal diploma (eidg. FA) or as a fiduciary expert, depending on the position
• Some years of experience in the fiduciary sector with client responsibility
• Potential to grow in leadership and take on more responsibility
• Enjoyment of direct and existing customer contact
• German: Stylistically proficient (C2)
